There is a worldwide demand as social as legal to carry on the RRR (Reduction, Refining, Replacement) of laboratory animals because of the risk analysis of the chemical products on human health and risks on environment. For that reasons, alternative test “in vitro” has been developed in order to minimize the use of laboratory animals in quality control of finished products and their compounds.
